As a Bilingual Sales Rep you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting, providing exceptional sales and customer service support in both English and a secondary language.
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, addressing inquiries, and providing product information in both languages.
• Drive sales by actively approaching customers, showcasing the benefits of products, and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in product launches and promotional events, ensuring successful execution and maximizing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
• Foster strong customer relationships, proactively following up on inquiries and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the retail store.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments in both languages to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.

Base compensation is broken down into an hourly pay, paid weekly, with opportunities for additional bonuses and commissions. The range listed ( $700-900), is based on average performance and earnings.
